I am a client of B.F. and she passed along your Sleep CD to me because I was having problems sleeping.  I'm a criminal prosecutor in Los Angeles County.  My job is very stressful, and I always had a hard time sleeping when I'm in trial because I have anxiety, and a millions thoughts in my head about the trial.  I start organizing my opening and closing statements among other things when my head hits the pillow.
 
The last trial I did was extremely stressful and demanding, and I got the CD a day before the trial started. (an attempted murder case)  I found the normal trial stresses were present when I would try to go to sleep, but also this time my heart was racing, and I just couldn't relax and let myself sleep.
 
I then remembered that B. sent me your sleep CD.  Oh my gosh, it really helped!  The first night I tried it, I feel asleep within minutes and if I woke up in the middle of the night I feel right back to sleep.  Thank you so much.  I really enjoy the CD and have incorporated it in my bedtime routine.  Your voice is very soothing and relaxing.  Sleep is so important always, but when I'm in trial, I really need to give my mind a rest so I can be fresh and rested in front of the jurors.

Last week I picked up a copy of your Deeper and Deeper Sleep Now CD.  Normally I do not have much trouble sleeping but two days after I picked up the CD I awoke at 2:00 a.m. in the morning and I could not get back to sleep.  So I went out and downloaded the CD onto my IPod and I went back to bed around 3:00 a.m. listening the Deeper and Deeper recording.  I made it all the way through the CD and I really thought that it wasn't working.  So I took off my earphones put my IPod on the window sill and my head hit the pillow with a thunk and I was out for the count.  Wow, it was truly amazing!  I couldn't believe it! Since then I have listened to it before I go to sleep and now I do not even make it thru the entire recording.  My sleep is deep and peaceful.   Thank you so much!!!!!!

I thought I was going to hear the WHOLE CD for sleep, as I was having difficulty getting to sleep and had been up late.  I listened to most of it and suddenly was gone.  I still have not heard it all.  I do seem to fall asleep quickly and sleep very soundly when I use the CD.  I find your voice very soothing and prefer that it is not totally monotone.  The CD is very helpful and assists me to have a deeper relaxation and easier transition to sleep.
